Screwing System
The machine joins two existing parts with a "Desoutter" screwdriver. There are pneumatic cylinders for locking the product and making screwdriver movements. There is also a vacuum system to remove sawdust. A finger protection light barrier is used for security. Doors are opened and closed with safety switches. The system locks itself in case the doors are opened. In addition, the operations are done via camera control. The electrical panel is at the back and a barcode reader and printer are used for product information.
